Service Description
To help us connect, schedule a brief 10-15-minute phone consult with Dr. Bell to discuss/coordinate first-time appointments. New clients are also encouraged to submit the New Client Intake from the website (www.thefamilywellnesscenter.net). Thank you.
Cancellation Policy
It is Family Wellness Center policy to charge a fee of $80.00 for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24-hour notice. We will automatically charge your card on file for this fee. Please contact our office as soon as possible to cancel/re-schedule appointments to avoid these charges. Thank you.
