*Understand how to recognize early signs of stress and anxiety within the body, which affords you the best opportunity for effective coping.
*Learn how to create mental composure for evaluating stressors and the realm of influence.
*Learn how to maintain emotional control through mental composure.
*Understand how problem-solving, conflict-resolution, communication with others, and overall personal outcomes will change as a result of mindful practice.
