Today is the day to take control of our health and wellness. When out of balance we need to re-set. There are many ways to do this. Take advantage of what is working and do more of it. Block sabotaging negative self-talk. Set a goal and then the objectives. Be aware of the adjustments made each moment each day toward that end. D. Bell
